Babs Meulink's Dive Inn was named one of the top diving schools in the Caribbean once again by Europe's biggest diving magazine, TAUCHEN . That is a significant achievement for a seven-room inn because it was competing against the huge resorts in the Greater Antilles. Dive Inn Bonaire was nominated in 2002 and 2003 and both times won the 2nd prize as the Best Diving School.
The presentation of the Tauchen Award took place during the biggest diving event of the world, BOOT 2004, which was held in Düsseldorf, Germany, in January.
Babs and her husband, Anton van den Heetkamp, opened the Inn 20 years ago and are planning some special events to celebrate the anniversary. G.D.
