Alexandra "Milena" Ramirez-Silberie, 31, started the Fit 4 Life balanced nutrition and exercise program on October 2003 and lost 54 pounds in four months, going from 171 to 225 pounds. Her measurements dropped as follows: Waist 44" to 33;" Hips, 51" to 41;" Thigh, 29" to 24." Milena says she started the program because, "I was tired most of the time, and none of my clothes fit me anymore." She exercises four to five times a week and eats "a lot more greens than carbs nowadays." She's never felt dizzy or weak during the program because she says she learned how to eat to start burning the excess fat. "Now," she says, "I don't get tired easily and I have lots more energy." She's very satisfied with her weight loss. "It's a very good program," she says.
Her advice to everyone out there, especially the youngsters: "Try to exercise. It will keep you healthy and you will always feel young!" Rubiella Winklaar, 25, started the program in April 2003 and lost 25 pounds in 12 weeks, going from 205 to 180 pounds. Her measurements dropped as follows: Waist, 37" to 34;" Hips, 49" to 43 1/2;" Thigh, 29" to 26 ½." She started the program to lose weight and is very satisfied with what she's lost. She started exercising four to five times a week, but now twice a week. Rubiella says the program taught her how to eat and she never felt weak or dizzy. She says, "I lost a lot of weight and inches and now I'm more flexible and feel much better about myself. It's a good program. It taught me a lot about health, nutrition and exercise."
